About the Account Coordinator Position (Remote) 
You will support our customers by coordinating our clients' projects from start to finish. This mostly involves gently (or not so gently) directing our clients through our fabulous 4Cs Methodology: Create, Capture, Curate, and Connect. You'll synthesize raw client information, manage the workflow, and provide empathetic instruction on how to use our software.

Bonus Points For...
Some background or experience in training or showing people how to use their smart phone.Any experience with Salesforce, Atlassian/Trello, Slack, Google Apps, and/or Adobe Acrobat.Telling or showing us how you have these critical skills: (1) strong project management skills, and (2) compassionate relationship skills while troubleshooting with customers over the phone or video.And be assured, you'll learn the Storyvine ways through training and hands-on experience. We are looking for someone who is personable, but who enjoys cajoling, encouraging, and setting boundaries to help the client complete their work. Team support, curiosity, and taking pride in your work are essential.

You know how to communicate complex ideas to exceptionally busy clients who have a 30-second attention span. No over-communicating!

You don't need to be an expert, but you must understand inputs/outputs and have a strong willingness to let us teach you how to leverage AI efficiently.You must be able to wear many hats each day and bounce from task to task smoothly. A sense of humor and the ability to synthesize information quickly are a close second.

The Details This is a full-time, salary-exempt position that requires independent judgment with our coveted clients.

The salary range for this position is $58,000 - $65,000/year. The position is in the comfort of your own home, though we have an HQ and conference rooms in the artsy RiNo (River North Arts District) neighborhood in Denver.Once you get the job, you’ll be offered unlimited vacation time after six months. (We coordinate internally to make sure coverage is available). We currently offer comprehensive health benefits, though please note our healthcare plans may be changing after October 1st as we navigate the market for small businesses!

About Storyvine 
Storyvine is a Denver-based start-up that transforms informal mobile video into sophisticated, branded video usable by the world’s largest brands. Using our technology, our client organizations are able to produce videos of people globally and nearly in real-time. Our platform cost-effectively produces dozens, hundreds, or even thousands of videos.

But, you say, there are dozens of other video apps out there. Yes, you’re correct! But they assume that their customers are videographers or editors. Our customers are average users, so we build things so that everything happens “auto-magically.” Our clients range from multinational pharmaceuticals to small political advocacy organizations and nonprofits. They use our system to film staff profiles, patient stories, executive communications, training, constituent stories, etc.
